Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure, such as roads, bridges, dams, and water supply systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Planning: Develop detailed designs and plans for civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.Project Management: Oversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.Site Inspections: Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.Technical Analysis: Perform technical analysis and calculations to support project designs and ensure structural integrity.Collaboration: Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications.Problem Solving: Identify and resolve engineering issues that arise during the construction process.Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.Proven experience in civil engineering design and project management.Proficiency in civil engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

Work Environment:

Office-based with regular site visits.May require working outdoors in various weather conditions.Occasional travel to project sites.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $100000.00
