We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Land Site Development Civil Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in the planning, design, and development of land and site projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Responsibilities: + Assist in the preparation of site development plans and designs using CAD software. + Conduct site visits to gather data and perform inspections. + Collaborate with engineers to develop project specifications and ensure project goals are met. + Perform calculations and analyses to support design decisions. + Prepare and review technical reports and documentation. + Coordinate with contractors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. + Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards. + Support the permitting process by preparing necessary documentation and applications. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. + Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
