Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Civil Designer to perform detailed calculations, quantity take-offs, and other design tasks on commercial, residential, and educational projects. The majority of the work will focus on K-12 projects, with some involvement in private sector (mainly commercial) work. The role involves producing construction documents using AutoCAD and designing in Civil 3D, with training provided if necessary.

The core hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm, with flexibility. The role is primarily office-based, with occasional site visits required. Average work hours are 45-50 per week, though working over 40 hours is not mandatory. Hybrid flexibility is available, with a requirement of 3 days in the office. The company offers 2 remote days per week, team-building activities, annual discretionary bonuses, and 8 paid holidays with 2-3 weeks of vacation depending on the candidate's current offerings.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $42.00
