Job Description
Develop detailed design plans, drawings, and specifications for land development projects, including residential, commercial, and municipal sites. Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other team members to ensure designs meet project requirements and standards. Conduct site assessments and gather data to inform design decisions. Utilize AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design software to create accurate and efficient designs. Prepare grading, drainage, and utility plans. Ensure designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations and standards. Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and project schedules. Participate in project meetings and provide technical support as needed.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $45.00/hr.
