Summary: We are seeking an entrepreneurial Civil Designer to support the site development of our pilot and commercial-scale battery recycling facilities. As part of the Infrastructure Development team, you will work closely with Professional Engineers to design, plan, and optimize site layouts, utility systems, and infrastructure for cutting-edge battery recycling operations. Responsibilities will include: * Designing site layouts, grading, paving, striping, and underground utility distribution drawings in the latest version of AutoCAD Civil 3D under the supervision of Licensed Civil Engineers * Participate in project planning meetings and cross-functional design reviews * Apply creative problem-solving skills to propose solutions beyond standard approaches * Collaborate with supervisors to address complex design challenges, selecting appropriate methods and techniques
