Job Title: Civil Drafter
Job Description

A civil consulting company based out of Federal Way is seeking a Civil Drafter to support the large-scale development of communities, residential land development, and commercial projects in the Puget Sound area. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in drafting, preferably in civil land development, and proficiency in AutoCAD. Experience with Civil 3D is a plus.

ResponsibilitiesSupport large development projects for communities, residential land development, and commercial projects.Create and manage detailed civil designs and site layouts using AutoCAD.Assist with grading, stormwater management, and drainage design.Collaborate on site development and residential subdivision projects.Review and implement redline corrections.Essential SkillsMinimum of 2 years of civil drafting experience.Proficiency in AutoCAD.Experience with grading and utilities design.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Civil 3D is a plus.Associates Degree preferred but not required.Work Environment

This position is based out of the Federal Way office, with some flexibility for remote work. The team prefers in-office collaboration but could potentially work towards a hybrid model with 2 days at home. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00
