Responsibilities + Drafting in Civil 3D on transportation-related projects + Collaborating with project engineers and other team members to ensure project specifications are met + Preparing detailed design drawings and specifications + Reviewing and modifying drawings based on feedback from the project team + Ensuring that all drafting work complies with industry standards and regulations Essential Skills + Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD + 3+ years of experience drafting on transportation projects + Strong design and drafting skills + Attention to detail and accuracy + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with additional coursework, conferences, and licensure renewal + Strong communication skills + Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Work Environment The work environment has a smaller, family-oriented feel.
