Seeking a skilled Civil Engineer for an opportunity in North Dallas! Job Description This individual will be responsible for creating civil designs for residential development projects. These projects are typically provided for a developer or home builder. The Engineer will be responsible for grading, paving, and water, sewer, utility design for new construction projects. These projects start from a green field and go through the platting and construction phase of the community. Primarily will be supporting single-family development design. Qualifications: + Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineer + 3+ years of experience within Civil Design within either residential or commercial land development + Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D + Ability to run with a design from start to finish, coordinating with engineer for assistance with needed calculations + EIT or ability to get one within 6 months Work Environment Office environment, the entire residential team is in the office.
