Responsibilities: (varies by role)

Project Leadership: Lead the planning, design, and execution of diverse civil engineering projects, guaranteeing adherence to the highest quality standards while maintaining budget and schedule targets. Ensure the efficient allocation and utilization of resources to achieve project completion within the designated scope and time frame. Team Empowerment: Lead, mentor, and empower project teams, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment. Leverage your experience to guide team members and optimize project performance from initiation through completion. Client Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact with clients, cultivating strong relationships to understand project requirements, provide expert insights, and ensure seamless communication, surpassing client expectations. Technical Expertise: Apply your profound technical expertise to address intricate challenges in site and land development. Ensure the successful design and implementation of project solutions that meet the highest industry standards. fostering a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement. Regulatory Compliance: Navigate and ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, maintaining the highest levels of legal and ethical standards. Cross Collaboration: Oversee coordination efforts with internal teams, external consultants, and design team members to ensure seamless project execution and successful outcomes. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement.

 

Qualifications: (varies by role)

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. EIT certification or PE license, dependent upon role and location. Proficient in hydrology modeling, storm drainage software, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D, with the ability to build plan sets and other documents. Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel). Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting. Methodical approach to task management, concept design, and supporting project management responsibilities. Experience in client coordination, attending client meetings, and upholding quality standards. Solid understanding of civil engineering principles, construction materials and methods, and relevant safety regulations Ability to multitask, maintain attention to detail, and identify & address complex problems effectively.
