ESE supports TBI’s residential, commercial, apartment and city living teams with in-house surveying, planning, engineering and environmental consulting services from 19 offices covering New England to Seattle, Washington.
ESE Consultants, a Toll Brothers company, seeks a Civil Engineer for our office located in Freehold, New Jersey.
Working with an internal team of surveyors, planners, and engineers, the Civil Engineer will be responsible for assisting with grading, roadway design, stormwater management, storm drain design, water and sewer design, sediment and erosion control plans, and applications and permits.

Designs land development plans and prepares associated calculations, reports and applications
What are the primary responsibilities?
Utilizes Autocad to input design elementsUtilizes Civil3D features Performs stormwater management calculationsDesigns storm and sanitary pipesPerforms lot and site gradingHelp direct Designers and Cad TechsDesign utility and road profilesDesign E&S elementsPerform earthwork calculations
