In this role, you'll play a key role in all aspects of the development process, collaborating closely with clients, designers, and construction professionals to deliver high-quality projects.
What You'll Do:
Design and develop site layout plans that meet client needs and adhere to regulatory requirements. Collaborate effectively with clients, project teams, and review agencies to ensure clear communication and successful project outcomes. Manage assigned tasks efficiently and deliver projects on time and within budget. Partner with the construction division to ensure seamless integration between design and execution. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering their professional development.What We're Looking For:
A valid Professional Engineer (PE) license. 6 or more years of experience in Civil Site Design, with a focus on commercial and residential projects. In-depth knowledge of relevant codes and regulations for designing utilities, grading, storm sewer systems, and obtaining land disturbance permits. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, hydraulic computation software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
