Job Description
Preparation of civil engineering designs for permit and construction. Responsibilities include general site planning, civil engineering land development, MD State Highway Administration roadway design projects, residential and commercial site design, storm water management design, storm drain design, water and sewer design, sediment and erosion control plans. Candidates should have a degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering and at least 2-4 years of relevant land development engineering experience. PE or the ability to become licensed within one year is a plus.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in MILLERSVILLE, Maryland and some days remote.
Work Environment
The design team currently consists of 2 Professional Engineers, 1 Environmental Engineer, and 1 CAD Technician. The company has over 150 employees, but only 12 sit in the office; the rest are CM/inspectors. Design will be performed in an office environment, and no field work is required.
