Civil Engineer Job Description A professional Surveying, Engineering, and Architectural firm located in Landenberg, PA is seeking a full-time Civil Engineer/Designer for projects in Delaware and Pennsylvania to join their team. Responsibilities + Design and prepare site plans for municipal approval. + Design post-construction storm water management facilities. + Coordinate applications with clients and consultants. + Review subdivision and land development plans for compliance with municipal regulations. Essential Skills + 2-5 years of experience with residential/commercial site design. + Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience. + Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D. + Experience in site planning. + Experience in storm water calculations. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in civil engineering, land development, site development, drainage, and grading. Work Environment The company offers a relaxed, family-owned environment with 2 weeks of PTO and 6 holidays to start. Once permanent, 75% of benefits are paid by the company. The role includes summer hours, quarterly reviews, and the ability to work on multiple projects. There is also the opportunity to work directly with the President and VP on a daily basis. The position requires 3 days onsite and allows for 2 days of remote work.
