Description: • Mastery in land development design, producing site layouts, plans and profiles, grading plans, stormwater management reports, drainage calculations, pump calculations, water and sewer line design, and road design. • Prepare and review construction documents, engineering plans and specifications, ensuring all designs meet technical standards and project requirements with minimal supervision. • Coordinate with project team members to ensure smooth project execution from conception to completion. • Communicate directly with clients and provide detailed project updates. • Coordinate project submittals, facilitate regulatory agency approvals, and obtain construction permits. • Provide expert testimony at various municipal and county boards. • Communicate and coordinate technical evaluations and designs, produce reports in technical writing format. • Coordinate with local, state, and federal agencies as required for project approvals Skills: Civil engineering, Civil 3d, Autocad, Land development Top Skills Details: Civil engineering,Civil 3d,Autocad,Land development Additional Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or Equivalent Experience Required. • NJ Professional Engineering License • Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office required. • Must have strong communication and writing skills. • Experience with design of land development projects. • Experience presenting projects at public meetings preferred.
