Job Title: Transportation Project Manager

Job Description

Participate in project scoping, costing, proposal preparation, and negotiations. Review assigned projects to define scope, determine work procedures, develop schedules, budgets, staffing, and billing points. Form project teams, assign responsibilities, and ensure tasks are completed on schedule. Submit documents to obtain necessary permits from federal, state, and local authorities. Meet with clients to resolve issues and obtain project approvals. Maintain business relationships with clients for ongoing business development. Plan, organize, communicate, and coordinate project engagements. Manage day-to-day activities of project engagements, including clients and project teams. Prepare project documentation, schedules, and execution plans. Maintain project records and review invoices for accuracy. Achieve project performance objectives including quality, scope, budget, and schedule. Work on overall designs of airport projects and assist with federal market airfield projects. Guide designers on roadway projects. Ensure quality control, project completeness, and maintain positive client relationships.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62.50 - $72.12
