This is an excellent opportunity for a Civil / Environmental Engineering graduate with 0 - 3 years of experience who is interested in pursuing a professional engineering career in water resources and sustainable water/wastewater infrastructure. You will be a key building block for our new office in Huntingburg, IN, which opened in October 2024. You will be part of a project team tasked with helping communities and industries solve their most challenging infrastructure problems in a team-based culture that fosters learning and growth, especially for entry-level engineers.

ResponsibilitiesPerform assignments requiring the application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to carry out engineering tasks.Work under the supervision of a project manager or senior level team member.Perform sub-professional engineering tasks such as field work, inspections, engineering reports, permits, construction engineering, and simple design calculations.Coordinate with contractors.Review construction drawings and specifications.Contact government officials for permits.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering1-3 years of Civil Engineering experience within Water/Wastewater, Transportation, Site Development, Stormwater/DrainageGPA of 3.2 or higher (verified through college transcripts)Additional Skills & QualificationsGraduate degree (preferred)Passed FE (EI) exam (preferred)Good internship experience related to water/wastewaterProficiency in Civil 3DWork Environment

The office environment is laid back but can be deadline intensive at times. There is a family feel and a strong team environment is very important. Dress is business casual. Standard hours are 8-5, with flexibility to start as early as 7AM or as late as 9AM. There are options for a compressed workweek, allowing for a half-day on Fridays. This role offers a mix of office work and fieldwork, providing a balanced start to your career.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34.62 - $40.87
