We are looking for a Design Engineer who is motivated to be fast-tracked to Project Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for land development and be a bright, positive, self-starting, dependable, and highly professional team player interested in continually learning and growing with the company.**Responsibilities:**- Motivated to step into a Project Manager role in the future (depending on experience, skills, and performance).- Assist Project Manager in all projects (e.g., shopping centers, auto dealerships, gas stations, amusement parks, and QSR development).- Prepare on-site private grading, storm drain, utility plans, earthwork estimates, and construction quantity estimates.- Process plans through respective agencies.- Communicate and coordinate with clients and project teams.- Prepare public street, storm drain, sewer, water street lighting, signing, and striping improvement plans.- Conceptualize the initial civil design approach for major phases of large land/site development projects or have overall responsibility for the civil engineering work on such projects of a larger scope.- Plan, schedule, conduct, or coordinate civil engineering work.- Assist in the design and ongoing progress of a project, including coordination with City, State, and County officials, and other outside agencies.- Resolve a variety of complex problems.

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00
