Responsibilities + Innovative Design: Design and manage site design projects that make a real impact. + Drainage Solutions: Develop effective drainage management designs. + Septic Systems: Design efficient and reliable septic systems. + Site Grading: Perform precise site grading to ensure project success. + Municipal Applications: Prepare and submit various local municipal applications. + Infrastructure Development: Design roadways and storm sewer systems that enhance community infrastructure. Essential Skills + Educational Background : Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited engineering school. + Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in AutoCAD and other industry-standard software. + Certification: EIT certification recommended, with progression towards a P.E. license. + Experience: 4+ years of work experience in land development or site civil engineering. + Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Advanced Certification: P.E. License is a plus. + Software Expertise: Experience with Civil 3D, HydroCAD/Hydrofow, and MicroStation. + Passion for Engineering: Energy and passion for engineering and innovation.
