Job Description: We are looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee a team of 5 production staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong in managing production processes, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the production team.Ensure production schedules are met and products are manufactured to quality standards.Assist staff with hands-on tasks as needed.Maintain and troubleshoot plant equipment and systems.Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.Monitor and improve production processes to enhance efficiency.Train and mentor production staff.Maintain accurate production records and reports.create batchesmaintain inventorycompoundingRequirements:
3-5 years of management experience in a production environment.Hands-on approach with a willingness to assist staff.Strong knowledge of plant equipment and systems.Aggressive, organized, and conscientious work ethic.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $100000.00
