Job Description

We are seeking a Site/Civil Engineer to join our collaborative team in Philadelphia. This individual will play a key role in the planning, design, and permitting of civil engineering, land development, and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the preparation and modification of various engineering documents including reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, cost estimates, and design plans for projects using engineering and design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.) and equipment.Use reports, maps, drawings, engineering plans, tests, and aerial photographs to assess soil composition, terrain, hydrological characteristics, and topographical and geologic data and their impact on the planning and design of projects.Collaborate with team members on project tasks and assignments.Familiarity with current local, state, and federal land use permitting is a plus.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil EngineeringEngineer in Training (EIT) Certification highly desired4+ years of experience within site design, site planning, grading, stormwater, drainage, and soil erosionProficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3DWork Environment

The position offers a hybrid work environment, starting with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, transitioning to 2 days in the office and 3 days from home after a few months. The Philadelphia office is home to 90 team members. Employees enjoy 2 weeks of PTO with comp time available, free lunch every Wednesday, free breakfast every Thursday, and a $500 home office stipend.

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $92500.00
