Job Description

We are seeking a Site/Civil Engineer to join our collaborative team in Bucks County, PA. This individual will play a key role in planning, designing, and permitting civil engineering, land development, and infrastructure projects.

ResponsibilitiesAssist with the preparation and modification of various engineering documents, including reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, cost estimates, and design plans for projects using engineering and design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.) and equipment.Use reports, maps, drawings, engineering plans, tests, and aerial photographs to assess soil composition, terrain, hydrological characteristics, and topographical and geologic data and their impact on the planning and design of projects.Familiarity with current local, state, and federal land use permitting is a plus.Collaborate with team members on project tasks and assignments.Essential SkillsB.S in Civil Engineering.Licensed Engineer in Training (EIT).At least 3+ years of experience in site design, site planning, grading, stormwater, drainage, and soil erosion.Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with civil engineering, land development, stormwater management, site development, and grading.Knowledge of local, state, and federal land use permitting.Work Environment

We offer a hybrid work environment starting with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. We provide 2 weeks of PTO (with additional comp time available), free lunch one day per week, and a home office stipend.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $92500.00
