Job Title: Civil Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Professional Engineer to join our team in Greensboro. The ideal candidate will have experience with site civil design and expertise in storm-water analysis and design, as well as proficiency with civil engineering software applications. This role primarily involves working on privately funded residential, commercial, and industrial site design projects. The position will provide support and leadership for our current team and will report directly to upper management.

ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee civil engineering projects from inception to completion.Conduct storm-water analysis and design.Utilize civil engineering software applications for project development.Supervise and manage site construction activities.Perform feasibility analysis, due-diligence, cost estimates, and budgeting.Prepare and review grading and erosion control plans.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal permitting requirements.Conduct land surveying and provide accurate data for project planning.Manage time effectively and assign duties efficiently to meet project deadlines.Essential SkillsBachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.PE License.A minimum of 5 years of land development experience.Proficiency in Autocad Civil 3D.Experience with earthwork analysis and storm-water management design.Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.Detail-oriented and a team player.Additional Skills & QualificationsMotivated self-starter with the ability to work independently.Goal-oriented within a team environment with attention to detail.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00
