Job Title: Civil Engineer
Job Description

Assist in the planning, design, and execution of land development projects. Prepare detailed engineering designs and drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D. Conduct site assessments and surveys to gather necessary data for project planning. Collaborate with project managers, senior engineers, and other team members to ensure project success. Perform calculations and analyses to support design decisions. Assist in the preparation of project reports, specifications, and cost estimates. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards. Participate in project meetings and provide technical support as needed.

ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning, design, and execution of land development projects.Prepare detailed engineering designs and drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D.Conduct site assessments and surveys to gather necessary data for project planning.Collaborate with project managers, senior engineers, and other team members to ensure project success.Perform calculations and analyses to support design decisions.Assist in the preparation of project reports, specifications, and cost estimates.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.Participate in project meetings and provide technical support as needed.Essential SkillsDegree in Civil Engineering or a related field.1-2 years of experience in civil engineering.Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.Additional Skills & QualificationsKnowledge of land development processes and regulations.EIT (Engineer-in-Training) certification is preferred but not required.Work Environment

Office-based environment with the possibility of traveling to different job sites. Offers the opportunity to step into a smaller company, grow professionally, and potentially take on projects independently.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $75000.00
