Job Title: S E N I O R Civil Engineer Job Description We are seeking an experienced S E N I O R Civil Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading and managing civil engineering projects. They will also have a deep understanding of civil engineering principles and practices, as well as proficiency in a variety of civil engineering design software. Responsibilities + Lead and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion. + Develop and implement project plans and schedules. + Design commercial and industrial facilities, including geometry, utilities, grading, and drainage. + Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D, Hydrology Studio (or similar software), and HEC-RAS for design purposes. + Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. + Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and stakeholders. Essential Skills + Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. + Minimum of ten years of related experience. + Professional Engineering (PE) license. + Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Hydrology Studio (or similar software), and HEC-RAS. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in site development and stormwater management. Work Environment The position will be based in Lexington, KY or Louisville, KY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $140000.00 The out-of-pocket-maximums work the same way. Deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums are calculated on a planyear basis, January 1 - December 31.
