Civil Engineer
Job Title: Civil EngineerJob Description Plans, designs, and prepares land development documents for all types of land development projects with site plans, grading plans, street profiles, sanitary and storm water designs, and erosion & sediment pollution control plans. Prepares engineering documents by developing construction specifications, plans, and schedules. Stormwater, water and sanitary sewer modeling is included but can be taught. Attend meetings and provide engineering information by answering questions and requests. Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by reviewing land development code requirements, comprehensive plans, and advising the project team on needed actions. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Compared to medium/large companies, we offer health benefits, 401k, vacation/PTO, and flexible schedules. Employees can start work between 7:30 AM and 10:30 AM and have Friday afternoons off. We have a collaborative team culture where everyone helps each other out. The office has been recently renovated with new desks and chairs. The location is convenient, just a mile off I-95, making for a short commute. There is no travel required, allowing you to see your projects from initial concept to final design. We have a substantial backlog of work, ensuring job security and continuous engagement with significant projects. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $125000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
