Job Title: Civil Engineer
Job Description
Design and coordinate multidisciplinary projects, including site engineering for residential and commercial developments, regulatory approvals, and permitting. Develop site layouts and design including, site grading, storm drainage, water and sewer infrastructure, erosion and sediment control palns, and utility plans Prepare hydrology calculations and comply with NYSDEC stormwater requirements and SWPP requirements Assist with handling project administration, including reports, proposals, and cost tracking. Prepare cost estimates and specifications for public bids. Coordinate with other departments and communicate with clients. Ensure timely, budget-friendly, high-quality project delivery. Mentor junior staff.Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field 5+ years of experience with site layout and design, grading, drainage, stormwater, water and sewer infrastructure, erosion and sediment control plans and utilitiy plansExperience with municipal engineering projectsFamiliarity with the design of public infrastructure and public bidding process.EITAdditional Skills & Qualifications
HydroCAD is a plusPE license is a plus, but is not requiredExperience Level

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
