Job Description
We are looking for a entry to intermediate level Civil PE to lead projects. The ideal candidate will develop and review project documents for conformity and quality assurance, stay informed of updates to standards, regulations, and best practices, and analyze complex engineering projects to determine design requirements, uncertainties, and constraints.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and review complete project documents for conformity and quality assurance.Keep informed of updates to standards, regulations, and best practices.Analyze complex engineering projects to determine design requirements, uncertainties, and constraints.Prepare scopes, budgets, and schedules for assignments.Coordinate the work of the design team through the schematic design development and contract document phase of a project.Establish meetings and participate in reviews with various governing agencies for code compliance.Coordinate workload to complete deliverables on schedule.Conduct work sessions at the project site in conjunction with the Project Manager and other disciplines.Review project documents for areas of conflict with other disciplines.Write and edit project specifications.Coordinate with and lead affected disciplines with addenda, requests for information (RFIs), change orders (COs), and take responsibility to incorporate agreed-upon changes into the project documents.Provide construction contract administration as needed.Conduct QA/QC on the work of other Engineers, Project Coordinators or Designers, or BIM Technicians as needed.Essential SkillsProficiency in Civil 3DExperience in site development and land developmentProject management skillsCivil engineering expertiseExperience with AutoCAD Civil 3DProfessional Engineer (PE) licenseCivil Engineering DegreeAdditional Skills & QualificationsOpen to Civil EIT with a minimum of 5 years of experienceExperience with industrial projectsWork Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $41.00 - $58.00/hr.
