Job Title: Civil EngineerJob Description We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer to join our team. This role involves designing water main, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and storm water management facilities, with 100% of designs created in AutoCAD Civil 3D. You will work closely with other engineers, surveyors, and drafters to develop grading plans, utility plans, erosion control, and contour grading plans. You will work closely with a PE-licensed individual to accrue hours towards your own PE license. The team is very supportive, with about 15 individuals in the IL office and additional support from the 25 employees in the Wisconsin office. The office environment is business casual and team-oriented. Our projects include work on Amazon facilities, new multi-family projects, and larger private developments. Standard hours are 8-5, with potential flexibility and hybrid schedules after gaining more experience, typically around two years into the role. This position is salary exempt.
