This role involves coordinating drafting personnel, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring design efforts are completed efficiently. You'll work on unique projects that positively impact clients and communities, while maintaining project records and documentation. The ideal candidate has a BS in Civil Engineering, 4+ years of experience, proficiency with design tools like AutoCAD, GIS, and REVIT, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A PE License is preferred.
