As a smaller company, we primarily work on projects in Minnesota, with occasional assignments in surrounding states. Responsibilities + Develop, manage, and maintain client project opportunities. + Manage multiple projects concurrently. + Collaborate effectively with team members. Essential Skills + Civil engineering + Proficiency in Civil 3D + Experience in water resources + Land development + Site development + AutoCAD + Design expertise + Knowledge in water and wastewater + Civil design Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in civil site design + Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D Work Environment This is a tight-knit work environment where employees enjoy a high tenure and love collaborating on unique projects. The team often participates in camping and fishing trips, as well as volunteering together. Initially, candidates are expected to be on-site 4-5 days a week for the first few months. As they gain more experience, they will enjoy increased flexibility, with most staff currently working on-site 2-3 days per week. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $120000.00/yr. The candidate will be eligible to sign up for the clients benefits once they accept the offer and proceed.
