Job Title: Civil Engineer

Job Description

The position will include project design responsibilities for site grading, utility design, storm water management, erosion control, street design, and parking lot design. The successful candidate will be required to have strong communication skills, work well on project teams, and have experience with the different design-related responsibilities. A experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D is preferred.

This role offers a flexible work schedule, with hours from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday, and 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM on Friday, including a 45-minute lunch break. Employees can also opt to work five 8-hour days if preferred. Currently, remote work is available. The dress code is casual, with jeans and polo, button-up, or dress shirts being acceptable. The company has a small, family-friendly feel with a laid-back, hands-off environment. There is a collaborative team atmosphere, with four partners working directly with staff on all projects. The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $34.00/hr.
