Job Title: Civil Engineer
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to utilize MicroStation and/or Civil 3D for site grading, stormwater management, and earthwork analysis. The ideal candidate will prepare permit applications and reports, coordinate with project team members, communicate with clients, assist senior engineers in developing commercial and residential site plans, and conduct site visits.

This position will start off as 100% in the office, with approximately 90% of the time spent in the office and about 10% on site visits. The engineering team consists of about 40-50 individuals, with 7 members in the immediate space. The candidate will have their own desk space/cubicle and computer setup. While there is no company vehicle provided, mileage reimbursement is offered for site travel. The office in Indianapolis uses Civil 3D, providing opportunities to work on additional projects if the candidate has Civil 3D experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.
