Job Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level engineer or designer to support land development projects for the private and public sectors.
ResponsibilitiesSupport land development projects for both private and public sectors.Utilize Civil 3D software proficiently.Ensure compliance with state and local municipalities' land use regulations and agency processes.Perform civil design tasks including erosion control and sediment control.Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver project objectives.Essential Skills5+ years of experience within civil engineering field (land development).Proficient in Civil 3D.Experience with state and local municipalities' land use regulations and agency processes.BS in Civil Engineering or equivalent.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in erosion control.Experience in sediment control.Work Environment
This is an in-office position with client visits required. Once established, there is an opportunity to earn work-from-home privileges. The office is located in Newark. The company is a well-established firm with a 37-year presence in the area, employing around 30 people. It is privately owned and seeks individuals for the long term. Employees receive 2-3 weeks of PTO and 6 holidays.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $43.26/hr.
