Job Title: Civil EngineerJob Description We are currently seeking a highly motivated civil engineering candidate to assist the Project Manager on Site Civil Engineering Projects. The successful applicant will assist in all aspects of civil engineering projects, including the preparation of site, grading, utility, and erosion control plans. The role involves planning residential, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use developments, determining the feasibility of projects, and assessing land to ensure it can support the planned development. Responsibilities + Assist the Project Manager on all design work for land site development projects. + Prepare site, grading, utility, and erosion control plans. + Determine the feasibility of development projects and assess land conditions. + Design water/wastewater systems, sewer, storm systems, drainage, surfaces, and building layouts. + Coordinate multiple projects efficiently. Essential Skills + B.S. in Civil Engineering with 2-3 years of design experience. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD Civil 3D. + Strong verbal communication and time management skills. + EIT certification preferred. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in permitting and hydrology study preparation beneficial. + Ability to design civil sites for land development and industrial projects. + Experience in grading, layout design, stormwater, and drainage design. We offer a flexible work schedule from 8-5 or 9-3, with a hybrid schedule available after a 45-day probationary period.
