Job Title: Civil Engineer - DesignerJob Description We are seeking a Project Engineer with experience in civil and site design for development projects in the commercial, industrial, and healthcare sectors. The ideal candidate will have 2-10 years of consulting experience on development projects. This position offers an excellent opportunity to join a growing firm involved in significant urban redevelopment near downtown Milwaukee. Responsibilities + Perform civil engineering tasks including site planning, grading, and utilities design. + Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for design drafting and project execution. + Communicate effectively with team members and clients. + Take on extra responsibilities in project management and business development. + Collaborate with other engineers and professionals on various projects. Essential Skills + Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering preferred. + 2-10 years of consulting experience on development projects. + Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD (1-3 years). + Strong knowledge of site design, DOT, and roadwork. Additional Skills & Qualifications + P.E. or EIT certification. + Experience in DOT or roadwork projects. + Strong communication skills. Work Environment The work environment is an office setting in a new building located between the Brewer's stadium and Potowotomi. Engineers will work at their cubicles on-site. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $33.65/hr. Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Milwaukee,WI.
