This resource should have knowledge of how to resolve a RFI and NCR noncompliance request. Again, this resource would need to be familiar with our project specification and some basic design understanding some of the design. This resource will work with our lead electrical engineer on the project to be able to understand/interpret design drawings and managing the compliance of the construction to the design drawings and managing RFI requests. This resource will also be providing information to the contractors or field construction teams, as they often require information such as specifications and drawings. This resource will have responsibility to understand and manage the scope of the contract.
