Job Title: Civil Engineer PE
Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer PE to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and managing various land development projects, including paving, grading, drainage, and utility plans for residential, multifamily, and subdivision projects.

ResponsibilitiesCoordinate projects with principals, Project Managers, and other disciplines or sub-consultants necessary to produce the project.Design paving, grading, drainage, and utility plans for land development, multifamily, and subdivision projects.Assist with applications for all necessary regulatory permits.Prepare calculations and reports related to project submittals.Produce project plans and specifications.Monitor project schedules to achieve project milestones and deliverable work product.Assist with project bidding and construction administration phases.Resolve construction issues and conduct site observations.Work cooperatively on project teams.Independently solve problems.Essential SkillsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Professional Engineer (PE) license required.Minimum of 5+ years of experience in residential and multifamily design.Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.Experience with site design, grading, drainage, utility, and erosion control.Strong verbal and writing skills.Ability to communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and review agencies.Strong work ethic and self-motivation.Ability to multi-task and manage time and workload efficiently.High moral and ethical character.Additional Skills & QualificationsProject management experience.Client management experience.Work Environment

Licensed PE required to work in Savannah. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $120000.00
