You will rotate around the Design, Construction and Maintenance units to gain working knowledge of all phases of PennDOT operations. DESCRIPTION OF WORK This position will prepare for a Civil Engineer position by completing a 12 month Civil Engineering training program. The work performed during this training period will develop practical proficiency in the use of engineering knowledge, skills and abilities in a bridge engineering, transportation engineering and or soils engineering environment.
