We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Transportation Engineer to join our growing team in Pompano Beach, FL. This is an exciting opportunity to work on Transportation and FDOT design projects while building your career in a supportive and fast-paced environment. What you'll do: + Contribute to the development of detailed roadway designs and project plans. + Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to create technically complex design plans and reports. + Research and provide cost estimates for projects. + Ensure designs comply with government regulations and ordinances. + Propose innovative solutions to engineering challenges. + Apply standard engineering techniques and procedures as part of a broader team effort. + Perform basic design tasks and coordinate with technicians or administrative staff. + Interact with staff, clients, officials, and contractors, maintaining clear communication.
