DESCRIPTION

Our intern will provide project and administrative support to our Transportation Highways team. Assignments will include data gathering, moderate calculations and analysis for transportation needs and other transportation related documents. Other tasks may include preparing presentation materials including PowerPoint presentations, graphics and handouts. Administrative tasks may include filing, organizing paper and electronic project files, assisting with other meeting materials, and providing scheduling support as needed.

DUTIES

You’ll need to be enrolled as a part-time or full-time student in good academic standing at an accredited university, college, or technical school with a minimum of two years completed in post-secondary coursework in student’s field of study Minimum 2.5 overall GPA on a 4.0 scale Proficiency with MS Office Technical skills for daily tasks include good analytical skills, strong technical writing ability, and excellent communication skills Must have strong organizational skills

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this position is $15-20/hour.   This will be dependent on the experience and expertise of the incoming candidate.
