Join our growing roadway team to drive forth our economies, our societies, and your career. **Your Key Responsibilities** + Perform work on transportation facility projects and studies that include roadways, intersections, bikeways/trails, sidewalks, highways, interchanges, structures, and railways. + Provide technical assistance to the transportation team in areas of design, analysis, and public outreach. + Perform tasks that include research, CAD drafting, calculations, data management, quantity take-offs, and technical writing. + Assist with the development of deliverables such as drawings/plans, displays, and cost estimates. + Maintain adherence to project schedules and milestones. + Participate in field investigations as needed. **Qualifications** **Your Capabilities and Credentials:** + Strong communication, technical writing, and critical thinking skills. + Commitment to client satisfaction, as well as team and personal growth. + Professional, ethical, positive, organized, proactive, and adaptable approach to challenges. + Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines, work independently, think clearly, have organized thoughts, and draw logical conclusions. + Prior internship/co-op experience considered but not required. + Familiarity with CAD programs and drafting experience. + Familiarity with transportation design manuals, standards, and procedures, such as the AASHTO Green Book and the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices. **Education and Experience** + Completion of junior year coursework within a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) Civil Engineering degree program from an accredited college or university.
