Step into Your New Role
Kleinfelder is looking for a detail-oriented Civil Engineering Program Manager to join our southeast engineering team. With expanding opportunities in the region and a variety of clients, the ideal candidate will join our high achieving, fast-paced team. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team are valued attributes for this position. The project work will be multi-disciplinary in nature, but experience in traditional industrial/commercial land development, solar, and/or mining is especially relevant.

Key responsibilities include:
Ability to target and generate new opportunitiesManaging project execution including proposal development, project organization, subcontractor management, scheduling, financial management, health and safety stewardship, and delivery qualityOverseeing pursuits, designate the appropriate resources to projects, define client needs, address client concerns and suggest solutions to solve project challengesLeading technical, cost, and scheduling decisions for interdisciplinary teams and driving customer valueNurturing and growing client relationshipsSupporting the achievement of professional staffs’ career goalsEducation/Certification:
Required, Bachelor of Science Degree in EngineeringRequired, Professional Engineer (PE)Skills & Experience:
Experience in leading multi-disciplinary design, permitting and construction as a consultantAbility to actively develop and maintain client relationshipsCapability to assess and resolve issues and conflictsUnderstanding of financial management of projects12+ years of related experience, including 6+ years of project management experience
