This includes leading the engineering team, driving business development efforts, ensuring project execution, and managing resources across multiple projects. Skills and Requirements B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field  8+ years of civil engineering experience with demonstrated expertise in site-civil design and land development.  5+ years of experience in program management or project management, with a proven ability to lead teams and deliver successful projects.  Professional Engineering (PE) license in Maryland  Strong proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD and Civil 3D  Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.  Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and build effective working relationships with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.  Valid drivers license and safe driving record.
