You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all civil engineering operations within the office. This includes leading the engineering team, driving business development efforts, ensuring project execution, and managing resources across multiple projects. You will be a key player in the success of our growing civil engineering practice, ensuring all work aligns with client needs, schedules, budgets, and quality standards. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strong leadership, and proven project management experience.
