The Opportunity

We are seeking candidates for a broad range of civil engineering roles. We are looking for technically strong, proactive and motivated civil engineers to join teams in our three offices in either Bristol, Cardiff and Winchester. Based on your experience, you will lead or assist in the delivery of projects, drawing from design skills such as flood advice, drainage, highways, street design, pavements, earthworks and utilities. You will be joining a growing and diverse civil engineering team always looking to enhance the environment and do the right thing. 

Sustainability is at the heart of our work and out teams are empowered to influence clients to find the right solutions for all projects, large or small. We also strive for more efficiencies through digital solutions to enable more enjoyable work and maintain the highest of standards.

Is this role right for you?

We are a growing team across our three offices in Bristol, Winchester, and Cardiff and are keen to speak with civil engineers of various levels of experience for mid-level to senior roles.  Suitable candidates will hold a Civil Engineering qualification, and be holding or approaching Chartered or Incorporated status with a relevant professional body. Candidates early in their career may still be gaining experience in some of these areas. Candidates guiding others in these activities would be suitable for our more senior positions. We pride ourselves on developing teams with diverse backgrounds, skills and capabilities, underpinned by characteristics such as having a logical and methodical approach to your work, whilst embracing pragmatism and flexibility where needed; strong conceptual thinking, numerical, and logical abilities; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interactive skills, giving an ability to work effectively within teams and with clients; be flexible and mobile, travelling away from the office as needed. There will be ample opportunity to develop existing knowledge and capabilities, and potentially a technical specialism within the group framework.
