Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team in the heavy civil construction industry. This role offers significant growth potential, with opportunities to work on large-scale projects and expand into new areas such as battery energy storage and solar projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in estimating, construction management, and using estimating software like HCSS HeavyBid.
ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed cost estimates for heavy civil construction projects.Utilize HCSS HeavyBid software for bidding and estimation purposes.Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate and timely estimates.Work on the initial phases of large projects, including road rehabilitation and sports courts refurbishing.Contribute to the growth and expansion of the company by increasing bidding capacity.Support the company's goal to triple volume from $30M to $90M by 2027.Essential Skills2+ years of experience in construction estimating.Proficiency in HCSS HeavyBid software.Degree in a relevant field plus relevant experience.Strong understanding of commercial and heavy civil construction.Experience with preconstruction, pricing, and cost estimation.Additional Skills & QualificationsOpen to working on vertical construction projects.Knowledge of construction management and preconstruction processes.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00
