**Job Title: Civil Construction Estimator** **Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Construction Estimator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for various civil construction projects, ranging from roads and bridges to utility installations and site developments. **Responsibilities:** + Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates. + Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliverables. + Identify and evaluate project risks and opportunities to ensure accurate and comprehensive estimates. + Utilize estimating software and tools to produce detailed cost breakdowns and proposals. + Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to obtain pricing information and validate estimates. + Review and assess historical data and previous projects to enhance estimating accuracy and efficiency. + Prepare and present cost estimates and project proposals to clients and stakeholders. + Assist in the development and improvement of estimating processes and procedures. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred. + Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil construction estimating. + Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices. + Excellent analytical and mathematical skills. + Strong attention to detail and accuracy. + Effective communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Benefits:** + Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance. + 401(k) retirement plan. + Paid time off and holidays. + Professional development and training opportunities. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $60.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
