**Job Title: Civil Laborers** **Job Description** We are seeking 3 civil laborers and 2 light duty operators to perform civil remediation and various tasks on a solar jobsite. **Responsibilities** + Perform civil remediation tasks on a solar jobsite. + Lay matting, install silt fences, hydroseeding, and restoration tasks. + Shovel and rake as needed. + Operate equipment such as a 10k lull, skid steer, and mini excavator (for operators). **Essential Skills** + General labor experience in construction and civil projects. + Solar installation experience, including assembly and installation of solar panels. + For operators: 2 years of civil operating background using a 10k lull or skid steer. + For laborers: 2 years of solar civil experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with mini excavators is a plus for operators. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy high hours, be part of a large company in the region, and work on a long-term project. **Work Environment** Work outside on a solar farm job site, in all weather conditions. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 10 hours per day, with some Saturday work possible.
