Job Description

We are seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney with at least 2 years of experience to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills and the ability to handle cases independently while collaborating with other attorneys.

Handle civil litigation cases from inception to resolution, including trials, mediations, and arbitrations. Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents with precision and clarity. Conduct legal research and provide strategic guidance on case strategy. Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and court proceedings. Work directly with clients, keeping them informed and involved in their cases. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient case management and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in civil litigation. Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills. Experience handling depositions, motion practice, and court appearances. Licensed to practice law in Ohio and in good standing. Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining strong attention to detail.
