Job Description
Our client, a multidisciplinary Land Development firm located in Chantilly, VA, is seeking a Civil Project Engineer. This role is crucial due to the departure of a previous project engineer and the need to keep current projects on track. The selected candidate will work on large-scale, exciting projects including mixed-use developments with numerous design opportunities.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with civil engineers, land planners, landscape architects, surveyors, and security professionals to provide comprehensive services.Engage in the design and development of mixed-use projects.Conduct site planning and infrastructure design.Manage stormwater systems and produce survey reports.Utilize Civil 3D or Carlson software for project design and implementation.Essential Skills3-5+ years of civil engineering experience.Proficiency with Civil 3D and/or Carlson (Civil 3D preferred).Degree in Civil Engineering.Experience in land development, site planning, and infrastructure design.EIT certification or PE license is a plus.Broad range of experience is preferred to handle diverse project types.Work Environment
The firm is comprised of civil engineers, landscape architects, planners, security consultants, and surveyors who work collaboratively. The team includes about 80 individuals, emphasizing a healthy work-life balance.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $140000.00
